User Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Liuxia. By using the app, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Liuxia (the “App”), you agree to this User Agreement (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive manner.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access controls.
  • Use the App to infringe the rights of others.

4. Your Content

You may import images and create colors, palettes, and adjustment presets using the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you import or process.

The App is designed to process content primarily on your device. Saving images to your photo library is controlled by your iOS permissions.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions (if available)

Certain features may require payment. Purchases are handled by Apple via in-app purchase. Refunds and billing disputes are governed by Apple’s policies and the App Store terms.

6. Updates and Availability

We may modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any features) at any time. We are not liable if any part of the App is unavailable for any period.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms control with respect to usage rules, and the Privacy Policy controls with respect to data handling.

You can reference the privacy policy file as PrivacyPolicy.html when distributing these documents together.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the App.
