1. Overview
Liuxia is designed primarily for on-device color picking and color adjustment. We aim to minimize data collection. Unless otherwise stated in this policy, Liuxia does not require you to create an account.
2. Information Liuxia May Access
Liuxia may request the following device permissions to provide core features:
- Camera (optional): to capture images for color picking and adjustments.
- Photo Library (optional): to import images for color picking and adjustments.
- Photo Library Add (optional): to save exported or adjusted images back to your library.
If you do not grant these permissions, you may still be able to use parts of the app, but some features will not function.
3. Data You Create in the App
Liuxia may store certain content locally on your device, such as:
- Saved colors and palettes
- Saved adjustment parameters / templates
- Preferences (e.g., default color format, UI options)
- Local caches to improve performance
This information is intended to remain on your device. You can remove it by deleting the app (and, if applicable, clearing storage within the app).
4. Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising
Liuxia is designed to operate without behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not knowingly sell your personal information.
If we introduce analytics or crash reporting in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate in-app disclosures where required by law.
5. In-App Purchases
If Liuxia offers paid features, purchases are processed by Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide us limited information (such as purchase status) to enable the purchased features.
6. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
- Legal: if required to comply with applicable law or lawful requests.
- Safety: to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the public.
7. Children’s Privacy
Liuxia is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your Choices
- Permissions: You can grant or revoke camera and photo permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
- Local data: You can delete the app to remove locally stored data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the app.
